Electricity and Water

I used to be firmly set in my opinion that an electric pressure washer was a terrible idea in basically every way (not enough power, not portable enough, not capable). However, once I got this one I was quickly proven wrong.

I had an old gas powered hand-me-down pressure washer I "borrowed" from my dad several years ago. This year was the same old song and dance that happens every spring, where I would go get some gas, pull the rope until my shoulder was about to give out, and hope that it would stay running long enough to get everything done before it completely dies again.

This year was finally the breaking point. After putting gas in the tank and pulling on the rope with no luck getting the engine started, I pulled the dipstick and immediately smelled the gasoline in the oil. Knowing the rings were shot, we talked through the options and ultimately wound up investing in a little Craftsman plug in pressure washer. After a few hours of use I can confidently say this is a game changer. Not only was it priced very competitively when compared to gasoline powered models, it also packs way more power than I would have ever guessed.

I could go on and on all day about the benefits of this pressure washer over my old gas powered model, but my favorite attributes aside from the price and power have to be the fact that it is so small it only takes up a fraction of the storage space in the garage when we aren't using it, and its quiet enough my kids are not intimidated and willing to help use it.

If you're in the market for a new pressure washer, I would highly recommend this unit. I have a link in my product page if you are interested.
